WEST SHORE LUNCHEONS

In the fall of 2011 a small group of ladies wanted to be Christian ambassadores outside our own church facility/family but in the community.  In researching potential needs, they settled on this location of senior residents.  The second Wednesday of each month these ladies plan, provide and cook a full meal for an average of 15 residents.  The residents, who provide input for menus, look forward to the social gathering, a nourishing meal, good conversation while allowing our ladies to listen for others' needs or opportunties to expand this outreach.  This also gives our church some visibility with the entire activity being done in His name.
